Aida Nani

Ms. Aida Nani, MBA is a Managing Partner of Stag Consult, an Albanian-registered consultancy company doing business here in Albania and across the Western Balkan region. 

Aida has more than twenty-five years’ practical experience in the management and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, G2B and B2B engagements, entrepreneurial ventures and international relations. 

Her involvement in the energy, financial, food & agri sectors, as well as land and real estate, in Southeast Europe, the Western Balkans and Southeast Asia has given her an unrivalled knowledge of the global supply chain mechanisms, trade regulations, operational management, international standards and regulations, compliance, project finance and institutional and regulatory rules. 

During 2018-2019, Aida was co-opted onto the senior management team of a listed Singapore Stock Exchange company operating in Myanmar and was responsible for corporate ESG compliance commitments. Her work enabled her to develop a profound understanding of strategic requirements and commitments to Environmental, Social and Governance practices in compliance with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Global Reporting Initiative 

Since her return to the region, Aida has been supporting the business pursuit activities of a globally recognized provider of Customs, Single Window and other e-business IT solutions to Governments and Revenue Administrations, which she believes is an essential building block for the region’s economic growth and stability, as well as an operational platform for EU integration.
