Biography
Alexis Hupin, BE, graduated in law from ULB in Belgium and London School of Economics.
Joined the EU institutions in 2007 after a career in the Belgian Ministry of Interior and as consultant.
Worked on CSDP missions, Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
