Mr. Kirkinezis’ areas of expertise include Program Management, Project and Contract management, claims analysis, management, consulting, construction inspection, and mechanical engineering. His projects consist of Rail and METRO, Roads and Highways, Buildings, Tunnels, Industrial and Manufacturing facilities, Oil and Gas Projects, Power Plants, Power Transmission and Distribution, Pipelines, Water Supply and Irrigation, Environmental Projects, Sewage Treatment Plants and Systems, and Mining equipment and Facilities Mr. Kirkinezis has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering
